Download the tutorial files by clicking on the link below:

step 1:

Unzip and Save the file to your desktop.

step 2:

Launch Photoshop from the dock.

step 3:

Open the file named ‘Obama_start.jpg’ in Photoshop

step 4:

Unlock the background layer and name it ‘Photo Crop’

step 5:

Crop the photo to remove the white background and straighten the photo, as seen below:

step 6:

Save your file as a .psd file and name it in the following manner: “FirstName_LastName_Obama.psd”

step 7:

Create a folder on the desktop named: “FirstName_LastName_PhotoshopTutorial” and place your .psd file inside of the new folder.

step 8:

Upload your .psd file by clicking on the ‘select file’ button below. Browse for your file on the desktop. After you have selected your file, click on the ‘upload’ button to submit your finished tutorial.
